The Mexisoul Retreats is located in Mexico and offers healing with traditional plant medicine. They host Ayahuasca, Samadhi, Kambo, and Temazcal ceremonies. There is also an optional Bufo ceremony available for individuals who are interested. The shaman is named Humberto, and he is a highly experienced medicine man who follows the Shipibo traditions. Humberto has hosted more than 400 ceremonies with plant medicine.
There are also various integration techniques offered such as yoga, meditation, group, and individual sessions. Beyond, various activities happen during the retreats including workshops, horseback riding, art therapy, and rock climbing wall. The pool is open to visitors whenever they feel like relaxing and calming down their minds.
The retreats are seven days long, and there are multiple accommodation options. Individuals can stay in dorms or private rooms. There are also deluxe rooms with Jacuzzis for people who seek luxury and comfort. Three meals are prepared daily, and all food is organic, fresh, healthy, and nutritious. There are vegan, and vegetarian options available.
