Espiritu Pandorita is in Costa Rica and offers insightful and transformational ceremonies with traditional plant medicine. The place is surrounded by the Amazonian rainforest near the breathtaking Pacific Ocean.
The international team includes people from Costa Rica, Peru, and Switzerland. In the center, they work with Shipibo shamans who guide people according to their traditions and help them have the real transformational Ayahuasca experience.
The 11-day retreat program includes six Ayahuasca ceremonies, workshops, vegan food, massages, bodywork, jungle walks, a kayak tour, and some cool Costa Rica areas. They only accept a small group of people because of the individual integration processes. They provide personal consultation for participants to ask questions and reflect on their healing processes, as well as there are group circles for sharing and talking about the ceremony experiences. There are also practices for mindfulness, body awareness, and slow motion.
Espiritu Pandorita has different approaches to Ayahuasca healing, aiming to balance ceremonies, integration, diet, and exercise. Therefore, there are various energetic activities present before and after the ceremonies.
