Description
New Life Ayahuasca Retreat Center is located in Costa Rica and the programs are designed for healing with plant medicine and transformation of the self. The retreats are often with 14 people, all coming from different places and backgrounds, and the group ceremonies are led by skilled and experienced facilitators.
The place also offers hatha yoga practices and breathwork sessions. In this center, group experiences are also an important part of the integration processes, and participants gather in share circles and talk about their experiences and emotions. There are also possibilities of visiting the nature of tropical jungles and observing the wildlife of many animals such as monkeys, macaws, and iguanas. Costa Rica is famous for with beautiful beaches, so participants are also able to visit the most famous beaches of San Ramon and get surf lessons, or simply enjoy the sea and good weather.
In the retreat, they have a pool with waterfalls, a fire pit, a ceremonial space, and lounge areas. The center provides 6 private rooms and 3 shared rooms. The meals are prepared due to Ayahuasca dietary restrictions, also all meals are vegan. They are mostly prepared with fresh veggies, fruits, and spices.
The facilitator of the ceremony is Matthew who dedicated himself to plant medicine practices for the last 10 years. Therefore, he led more than a thousand ceremonies.
