Yosi Ocha Ayahuasca Retreats

Yosi Ocha was established in 2014 in Peru and has shared the traditions of Shipibo shamanic practices with its visitors since then. The center is connected to the Peruvian Institute of Shamanism and Natural Medicine. Maestro Heberto García leads plant medicine ceremonies and is a well-known shaman in the Shipibo community.

The retreat place cares about individual treatment, so personal interactions with the shamans are encouraged during and after the ceremonies. The length of the retreats can vary from one week long to four weeks long. There are also possibilities of having an individual private Ayahuasca ceremony with the shaman. They also offer a shamanic diet and training for the ones interested in deep cleansing and healing.

Ayahuasca retreats are pretty rich in activities and experiences. They include Shipibo traditional rituals, other plant medicine ceremonies, cleansing, baths, nutritious food, and a silent diet.

There is also a sauna and massage options for people to relax and calm their bodies and minds.
